Privacy policy

This policy covers the Voxtell AI connector (the MCP server that links your Voxtell phone system to your AI assistant). Last updated August 24, 2026.

What the connector accesses

When you connect and only on your instruction, the connector reads data from your own Voxtell account: call records, voicemails and their transcripts, your team directory, contacts, phone numbers, and account usage. If you later enable actions, each one shows you a preview and requires your explicit confirmation before anything happens.

What we store

An encrypted connection credential (a refresh token) so you only sign in once. We never store your password.
An audit log of connector activity — which tool ran, for which account, and whether it succeeded. Message text and phone numbers are masked in this log.

What we don't do

Your data is not used to train AI models.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties beyond the AI assistant you connected.
This connector cannot delete anything. Ever.

Disconnecting

Remove the connector from your AI assistant's settings at any time — this revokes its access. To have the stored connection credential removed as well, contact Voxtell support via voxtell.com.
